Deine Aufgaben
Du bist verantwortlich für unsere komplette interne IT-Infrastruktur – von der Konzeption über den Betrieb bis zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung. Du arbeitest eigenständig, denkst unternehmerisch und bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle IT-Themen im Unternehmen. Zusätzlich betreust du einen Werkstudenten fachlich und unterstützt ihn bei seiner Weiterentwicklung.

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer gesamten IT-Infrastruktur (Netzwerke, Server, Cloud-Services, Hardware)
  • Verwaltung und Pflege von Benutzerkonten, Zugängen, E-Mail-Systemen sowie Mailinglisten (Active Directory, Exchange etc.)
  • Lizenzmanagement und Dokumentation aller IT-Systeme und Softwarelösungen
  • Einrichtung, Wartung und Verwaltung der Mitarbeiterhardware (Windows/macOS/Linux)
  • Administration unseres Telefonsystems (3CX)
  • Sicherstellung von IT-Security, Datenschutz und Backup-Strategien
  • Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden im 1st und 2nd Level Support
  • Planung und Durchführung von IT-Projekten (z. B. Systemmigrationen, Rollouts)
  • Fachliche Betreuung eines Werkstudenten und Koordination seiner Aufgaben im IT-Bereich
Dein Profil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der eigenständigen Administration von IT-Infrastrukturen (inkl. Server, Netzwerk, Security, Cloud)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows- und Linux-Umgebungen, idealerweise auch mit macOS
  • Erfahrung mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Active Directory, Exchange und Virtualisierungslösungen (z. B. VMware, Proxmox)
  • Souveräner Umgang mit Netzwerktechnologien (LAN, WLAN, VPN, Firewalls)
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Proaktive Denk- und Handlungsweise – du erkennst Probleme frühzeitig und findest passende Lösungen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude daran, Wissen weiterzugeben und andere zu unterstützen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Teamplayer-Mentalität mit der Fähigkeit, eigenständig und verantwortungsbewusst zu agieren
  • Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Werkstudenten oder Praktikanten von Vorteil

Your tasks
You will be responsible for our entire internal IT infrastructure—from design and operation to continuous development. You will work independently, think entrepreneurially, and be the central point of contact for all IT issues within the company. In addition, you will provide technical support to a working student and assist them in their professional development.
  • Independent support, maintenance, and further development of our entire IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud services, hardware)
  • Administration and maintenance of user accounts, access, email systems, and mailing lists (Active Directory, Exchange, etc.)
  • License management and documentation of all IT systems and software solutions
  • Setting up, maintaining, and managing employee hardware (Windows/macOS/Linux)
  • Administering our telephone system (3CX)
  • Ensuring IT security, data protection, and backup strategies
  • Supporting employees in 1st and 2nd level support
  • Planning and implementation of IT projects (e.g., system migrations, rollouts)
  • Technical support for a working student and coordination of their tasks in the IT department
Your profile
  • several years of professional experience in the independent administration of IT infrastructures (including servers, networks, security, cloud)
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, ideally also with macOS
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Active Directory, Exchange, and virtualization solutions (e.g., VMware, Proxmox)
  • Confident handling of network technologies (LAN, WLAN, VPN, firewalls)
  • Structured, independent way of working and a high sense of responsibility
  • Proactive way of thinking and acting – you recognize problems early on and find suitable solutions
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting others
